    1. Closing other resource intensive software that are running in the background while using Visualizer to stream Do-Cam images.
    2. Reducing the resolution to 1920 x 1080. This is the reconmmended setting for capturing moving.

  • The issue could be related to privacy setting. Please ensure that the camera use is enabled on your computer.

    If you're running Visualizer on a Windows 10 device:
    1. Click the Windows icon at the bottom left
    2. Click the gear icon to go into “Windows Settings”
    3. Click “Privacy”
    4. Under “App Permissions”, click “Camera”
    5. Here you’ll find a list of all apps that may  may not have access to a camera
    6. Please make sure that kitchbar Visualizer is ON

    If you're running Visualizer on a macOS (version) device:
    1. Go into the Settings app
    2. Click “Security & Privacy”
    3. Go into the “Privacy” tab
    4. On the left toolbar  “Camera”
    5. Make sure that Visualizer is checked on the right

    If you are still not getting any image output, please try
    1. Unplug  replug Do-Cam
    2. Try connecting Do-Cam to other USB ports of your computer
    3. Remove any USB hub  connect Do-Cam directly to a USB port of your computer

    If the issue is still not resolved, please try accessing Do-Cam using the built-in camera app of your computer, such as FaceTme (Mac)  Camera App (Windows). You could also test it woth third-party software such as Zoom, Skype,  Google Hangouts.

  • To stream Do-Cam images, it requires software to be installed on your computer  laptop. We reconmmend you access Do-Cam using kitchbar Visualizer software. It is completely free to download  use. You can download  explore more about Visualizer.

    You can also access Do-Cam using any third-party software that supports UVC (USB Video Class) cameras, such as Zoom, Google Meet, Webex, Skype, FaceTime  OBS.

    Once you launch the software of your choice  plug your Do-Cam into a USB port,  the document camera via the “select device” menu of the software. In Visualizer, for example, the  device option is located on the top of the left toolbar. Just click the camera icon  you can  Do-Cam as the video source in a drop-down menu.
